Whoever you want! This is an open class to the public to get our community excited about starting the new year off right!

Is it really free?

Yes. No catches. If you like the class, you can sign up for the program, but there are no obligations. Just come and try it out!

What are the benefits?

Increased strength, weight loss, increased flexibility, a boost in self confidence and a lot of fun!

Do I need any special skills?

Not at all! You will learn everything you need to know in this class. All beginners are welcome and encouraged!

What should I wear?

Dress in clothes that allow you to freely and comfortably move. Wear sneakers, do not wear jeans. You can bring clothes and change in our brand new locker rooms!
