Dear Mr. and Mrs. Thompson,

As you might have noticed, I've listed the Martin home at 333 Central Court in your neighborhood.

Several of your neighbors have called with questions about the home. Because of this, I've arranged to hold a special open house event this week at the house.

Please join me this Sunday from 2-4 p.m. for a private tour of the home.

The Martins added many upgrades to the home during their 15 years in the residence. There are too many special features to mention in this brief message, but I promise you won't be disappointed.
